DESCRIPTION:Persuasion in Aviation – Exclusively for Aviation Industry Leadership Roles\nThe Aviation Industry is FULL of persuasion efforts. Of course in sales and advertising but also in dealing with people and teams. Check-in team and cabin crew with passengers\, the dynamics on the flight deck\, ground staff\, dealing with suppliers or students\, and of course negotiations between companies and government. \nVery few air operators seem to have a firm grasp of the science that is available to optimise persuasion. Only a couple of times a year we host an Aviation Ethical Persuasion Showcase (webinar) and we will reveal how powerful and cost effective ethical persuasion can be. \nLIMITED ACCESS:\nThis session in which we represent the Cialdini Institute is not open to everyone.\nAccess is restricted to Aviation Executives & Directors (Airlines\, Charter Companies\, Airports)\, HR\, team leaders/managers and Chief Pilots (only)\, Flight & Air Safety Training Schools and leadership roles in closely associated industries like baggage handling\, catering suppliers and others. \nPatrick van der Burght\, is a Cialdini Certified Coach and has over 20 years experience in this field and Dr Cialdini’s work. With the new formation of the Cialdini Institute\, of which we are a founding member\, we are making an active effort to reach out to industries in which we have personal experience and passion (Patrick was a commercial pilot for charter companies). \nIn this presentation we will likely fascinate you with some of the science/research on this subject and we’ll tailor it to the aviation industry as much as we can.
