3. FREE Video Course in Ethical Persuasion

Who wants to read when you can watch and listen to your Cialdini Certified Coach explain how the principles of persuasion work? We have created seven video courses, one of which you can access for free.

Each video course has many relatively short videos to teach more about influence than you could imagine we’d put in a free course. Per subject, let’s say you find two videos. The first explains the theory and that video is the same in all the 7 video courses (with the exception of the Young Adults version, where we take the complexity down just a little). The other video in each section is where we explain the theory from a practical perspective related to the likely audience that an industry would work with.

This means that the theory shared in, for example, ‘Real Estate’ is the same as in ‘Aviation’, but in the latter, we relate it in the second video in each section to airlines, flight schools and ground crew, and in the real estate version we relate it to homes being sold etc.

4. FREE Presentations on Ethical Persuasion for Schools/Universities

Persuasion is a much-valued soft skill that businesses have listed in the TOP 5 of in-demand skills for many years now (LinkedinForbes). Employees who are more effective in getting company proposals accepted by their (potential) clients or who can motivate or lead a team more effectively, are clearly more valuable.

From a more immediate persuasion need, students applying for their dream jobs after graduation will be more or less successful in securing job interviews and, of course, the actual job itself if they know how to communicate their value more persuasively. Provided you got the job, then you’d find yourself having to negotiate on your starting wage. Being less effective there could cost you tens- if not hundreds of thousands of dollars over the length of your career.

Patrick van der Burght is passionate about empowering the young generations with this ethical skill that will benefit them from the start of their careers instead of somewhere halfway through. It also makes the (business) world a better place by creating genuine, long-term, respected relationships between parties.
