Tips for great video:
- Record in a bright, well-lit space.
- Have even lighting on your face and background.
- Have your eyes about one quarter or one third from the top of the screen.
- Clean your camera lens once in a while, especially on a laptop camera.

Audio Setup Tips
You can get away with average video quality, but podcast audiences don’t tolerate poor audio, and you’d lose authority and respect.
Please have a quality microphone ready before our interview.
Avoid:
- Headsets
- Ear pods
- Laptop internal mics
If audio quality is too poor, we may need to reschedule your interview, so please test your setup beforehand.
