Ethical Influence Practitioner Course with EIGHT Private GROUP Coaching Sessions

This private group coaching is not only private but also aids learning, as your team can brainstorm within the coaching session about the company's specific challenges without feeling like outsiders are listening in.

The purchase price is for up to 8 individuals with private group coaching.
If you wish to add additional team members to this group, they can be added for just AUD 2247 each, which includes their own E-learning access. A maximum group size of 12 is normally recommended.

Typically, within 1 or 2 days after your payment and receipt of the participant's names and email addresses, your group will gain access to the e-learning portal with in-depth training in the Principles of Influence taught to you by Dr Cialdini himself via many short videos. This means participants can start their learning almost immediately, if they so desire, even before the coaching sessions begin. Alternatively, participants can wait with the E-learning and do it section by section in preparation for the private group coaching sessions we scheduled for the group. All up, the information in the e-learning portal might take 8-10 hours to complete, so in preparation for each coaching session, just 1 to 1.5 hour may be needed.

Everyone will do a test at the end of their journey through the online Ethical Influence Practitioner course component. Upon successful completion of the test, a certificate signed by Dr Cialdini will be issued and a lifetime accreditation as an 'Ethical Influence Practitioner' will be earned. The access to the e-learning portal lasts 12 months and 2 exam attempts are included per person.

SIX Live events with Dr Cialdini or Cialdini Institute Senior Executives!

Participants will be invited to six live events, during which Dr Cialdini will update you with the latest in behavioural science. He often ends these sessions by opening up for questions. Raise your hand and speak to the man himself!

EIGHT Private Group Coaching Sessions with your Cialdini Certified Coach

In the online group coaching sessions that come as part of this purchase, we will solidify the understanding of the principles of influence learned in the E-Learning system and the amplifiers and activators. There is also time to discuss how participants think the principles covered that week could be applied to specific practical situations in your company. This interaction differentiates this training from 'just' obtaining new information (Research shows that in a week, people will forget 90% of new information if it is not used). Therefore, the coaching sessions help retain new knowledge through application, confirmation and verification. Ensuring your team understands and feels confident when applying their new skills.

The dates and times of these coaching sessions will be set to suit your team's calendar (and ours) and they will not be open to outsiders. It is possible to follow the typical 8-week schedule with sessions once a week, or a faster or slower schedule can be used.

If an already scheduled coaching session of the Ethical Influence Practitioner program does not suit the group, you can cancel it and reschedule it at least 48 hours before. Within 48 hours a rescheduling fee will apply.
