Ethical Influence Practitioner Course with EIGHT Private Coaching Sessions

Welcome. If you would like to learn the practice of Ethical Persuasion but prefer to keep your thinking processes private from others, then this private course program is for you. We will compare calendars and schedule the 8 private coaching sessions when it suits you. 

A culture of employees who know how to apply the principles of influence in their work is ideal for you, but as an executive, you also want to master this skill. Your participation in group coaching sessions with your employees is not ideal. With you present, the employees' creativity is halted as they are worried about impressing you. That is why private learning and coaching of you, with perhaps some of your C-suite executives present, is the smarter way to go.

The price indicated is for one individual with private coaching.
Should you wish to add other executives and have the coaching sessions together with them, they can be added for just AUD 2247, which includes their own E-learning portal access and certification.

Online Video Training with Dr Cialdini

Typically, within 1 or 2 days after your payment, you will gain access to the e-learning portal with in-depth training in the Principles of Influence taught to you by Dr Cialdini himself via many short videos. This means you can start learning almost immediately, if desired, even before the coaching sessions begin. Alternatively, you can wait with the E-learning and do it section by section in preparation for the private coaching sessions we scheduled with you. All up, the information in the e-learning portal might take 8-10 hours to complete, so in preparation for each coaching session, you may just need 1 to 1.5 hour.

You will do a test at the end of your journey through the online Ethical Influence Practitioner course component. Upon successful completion of the test, you will be issued your certificate signed by Dr Cialdini and will have earned your lifetime accreditation as an 'Ethical Influence Practitioner'. Your access to the e-learning portal lasts 12 months and 2 exam attempts are included.

SIX Live events with Dr Cialdini or Cialdini Institute Senior Executives!

You will be invited to six live events with other students, during which Dr Cialdini will update you with the latest in behavioural science. He often ends these sessions by opening up for questions. Raise your hand and speak to the man himself!

EIGHT Private Online Coaching Sessions with your Cialdini Certified Coach

In the online private coaching sessions that come as part of this purchase, we will solidify your understanding of the principles of influence you learned in the E-Learning system and the amplifiers and activators. There is also time for discussion on how you think the principles covered that week could be applied to specific practical situations. This interaction differentiates this training from 'just' obtaining new information (Research shows that in a week, you will forget 90% of new information if it is not used). The coaching sessions, therefore, help you retain new knowledge through application, confirmation and verification. Ensuring you understand and feel confident in applying your new skills.

The dates and times of these private coaching sessions will be set to suit your calendar (and ours). It is possible to follow the typical 8-week schedule with sessions once a week, or a faster or slower schedule can be used.
If an already scheduled coaching session does not suit you, you can cancel it and reschedule it at least 48 hours before. Within 48 hours a rescheduling fee will apply.

NOTE: The coaching sessions included are to coach you in the understanding and application of the Principles of Influence. Whilst it likely happens that your coach, for teaching purposes, attempts to relate the application of theory to the processes within your company, the coaching sessions are not intended for the coach to work on your company's influence challenges.
